We have experience in every facet of construction litigation on behalf of contractors, owners, builders, architects, engineers and other associated professionals in defense of construction defect claims, constructions site injuries, property damage and delay claims.
In the construction defect arena, our team has successfully litigated cases involving allegations of negligent design, engineering and construction in matters ranging from individual residences to large scale commercial developments.

As counsel to our excess carriers, our attorneys provide time sensitive evaluations of case value, excess exposure and verdict value, demand and accept the tender of the defense from the primary carrier and immediately substitute in as defense counsel at trial.
