Before his time at Ralph Powers, Daniel served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable William C. Mulford, II, in the Circuit Court of Annapolis. In this role, he drafted court opinions on business litigation involving the Maryland Cannabis Administration and made recommendations on petitions related to Special Immigrant Juvenile Status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor of the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies and Linguistics from the College of William & Mary.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Daniel is deeply committed to community service and continues to be active in various activities.
