Brandon R. Croker, Esquire, LLM, MBA, concentrates his practice in a variety of different legal disciplines, including wills, trusts, and estates; real estate and land use; business representation; civil litigation; and education. 

 

Brandon performs estate planning for clients and is skilled in the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance medial directives, and other estate planning documents.  He regularly handles probate matters, including the administration of estates and estate litigation, and has represented fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and creditors in estate and trust matters.  He has been involved with various types of commercial and residential real estate transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers, as well as land use applications to planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment and other local boards on behalf of individuals and corporate clients.  He has also been involved with various types of civil litigation before courts and administrative tribunals.  Additionally, Brandon has represented public boards of education and independent schools on a variety of matters.  Given his experience in both transactional work and litigation, he is able to effectively counsel clients on a wide array of issues.

 

Brandon completed his undergraduate education at Rutgers University – New Brunswick and then went on to graduate from Rutgers University – Camden’s business and law schools, earning both a Master of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, and a Juris Doctorate through its JD/MBA dual-degree program.  More recently, and while at Comegno Law Group, P.C., Brandon attended Temple University Beasley School of Law’s Graduate Tax Law Program in the evenings, and earned a Master of Law (LLM) in Taxation, with distinction, along with an Estate Planning Certificate.

 

During law and graduate school, Brandon interned for the Honorable Kenneth S. Domzalski, Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court sitting in the Burlington County Family Part (now retired and on recall), and externed for the Honorable Marie E. Lihotz (now retired), then Judge of the Appellate Division.  He also gained experience in alternative dispute resolution working for the New Jersey Office of Dispute Settlement, as well as in elder law working for a South Jersey firm.

 

Immediately after graduation from the JD/MBA program, Brandon completed a year-long judicial clerkship in Burlington County, serving as Judge Domzalski’s law clerk. After completing that clerkship, and before joining Comegno Law Group, P.C., Brandon worked as an associate attorney at a South Jersey law firm, where he focused primarily on representing clients in complex matrimonial disputes, as well as performing estate planning and administration.

 

Brandon is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court.  He is also a member of the New Jersey, Burlington, and Camden County Bar Associations.
