Anne R. Myers, a partner of the firm, is a veteran litigator and trial attorney whose widely respected and regional practice encompasses significant insurance coverage issues typically involving the defense of public entity, business leaders, and decision makers. Anne presents decades of experience defending public officials, directors and officers, physicians, architects and engineers, accountants, insurance agents, real estate agents, title insurance agents and agencies, and mortgage brokers and mortgage companies in matters involving complex claims of negligence and malfeasance. Anne has 18 years defense side litigation and trial experience that includes every facet of Product Liability litigation including Accidental Contamination, Product Tampering, Extortion, and Recall.
Anne’s representative matters involve claims in all state and federal courts, as well as public agencies and the handling of discrimination claims.
Anne also routinely handles bankruptcy matters for insurance carriers to ensure that contractual rights are upheld, and protects carriers against the binding effects of mass tort liability estimations under plans of reorganization. She also defends creditors against claims brought be debtors/trustees in adversarial actions, under the United States Bankruptcy Code, as well as related proceedings.
Anne is a widely sought-after speaker and presenter to attorneys and professional colleagues, and is widely published regarding her areas of practice.
A cum laude graduate of the Arizona State University Honor’s College who later earned her Juris Doctor from Cornell University, Anne is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
